Responsibility and Hard Work of the Team

Article content

In 2019, on the basis of the Geometa platform, the state information system for urban planning of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (hereinafter — the System) was implemented. The developer of the System is Gems development.

The Krasnoyarsk Territory includes 61 municipalities, geographically located in 11 zones of local coordinate systems. 8 territories are located in several coordinate systems at once. This circumstance creates additional difficulties for the implementation of a unified system.

To their credit, the developers of Gems development solved all problems arising during the implementation process quickly and efficiently. The responsibility and hard work of the team made it possible to achieve positive results in the shortest possible time. Especially, it is necessary to note the work of Alexander Reshetov (Gems development) – the head of the development project of the System of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as a responsible and highly qualified specialist.

Since December 2019, the System of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been constantly developing, improving, and adapting to new goals and objectives.

The intuitive interface of the platform, a simple and understandable process of providing services is what the local authorities need and the system can provide it 100%. For specialists exercising control over urban planning, a module for quality control of the provision of services has been implemented. The most important achievement is integration with other state information systems.

Since in the foreseeable future an even greater amount of work is to be done in order for the System of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to provide users with the opportunity to establish interdepartmental information exchange of data with federal information resources, reduce the time required for the preparation and issuance of permits, translate urban planning documentation into a vector form, we sincerely hope for long-term fruitful cooperation with Gems development company.
